"Salmon Roe for Japan", was the 6th print issued in 1999 by Rie Munoz
The people in Japan highly value Alaska's wild salmon caviar. Many Alaskans do as well. When they catch their own salmon the two large sacks of eggs in the female are carefully removed and soaked in a brine. Unlike the Russian caviar which is black, the salmon caviar is bright orange. From the experience of eating it, not making it, I can testify that it is wonderful. Rie Munoz
